 To Quit Or Not To Quit?Have you ever been called a quitter? Is everything black or white, all or nothing, success or failure? Maybe it’s a matter of interpretation.

This is something that I, like many others, struggle with – particularly in the arena of exercise and fitness. Despite my best efforts with nutrition and health, there are many times I feel betrayed by my body – and I am no stranger to frequent sickness.

After such bouts of illness it’s very difficult to get back on track – battling fatigue and weakness. “Just give up” says an inner voice, “what’s the point, just give up”.

All or Nothing
My ‘all or nothing’ mindset would have me quit – believing that unless I can do things perfectly – then I might as well do nothing. I am learning to accept that even making a small but consistent effort is better than doing nothing at all. Read More…
